Secure Packaging
Ensure the product is placed in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories, then pack it into a sturdy outer shipping box.
Ship the Item
Affix the return label to the package and send it back to our Warrington showroom using a tracked and insured courier service to ensure safe arrival.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the item's condition and serial number, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 3-5 business days.
